Wooden Pegs

Wooden fixing pegs are manufactured in two pieces for assembly on site. The shaft (10 x 23mm) is manufactured from pine and the haft (crosspiece) from beech. The available lengths are, 200, 300, 400, 500 & 800mm. The haft (80mm long, diameter 8mm) is round. The pin is simply assembled by pushing the haft through the pre-drilled shaft. Wooden Pegs are free of chemical preservatives.

To hold in position a wide range of erosion products and geo-textiles in locations where it would not be appropriate to install mild steel fixing pins, e.g. in the proximity of electrified railway lines.
Durability
Longevity depends on the prevailing conditions.
Weight
Wooden fixing pegs / pins are supplied in boxes of 500 for the 200mm, 300mm and 400mm and in boxes of 100 for the 500mm & 800mm. The box weights range from 15kg to 20kg.
